In light of COVID-19, Biori is taking extensive precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of our teams. Our response team has enforced stringent measures at every step of your order and delivery process, through enhanced hygiene protocols that put you first. As all our products are housed with us and dispatched directly to you, all products are handled only with protective gloves. For delivery, all our delivery service partners are fully equipped ensuring the utmost hygiene. Drivers are equipped with face masks, and wear protective gloves when handling any order. We promise to always uphold your confidence in us as we do everything in our power to support you and our community.
As the health and wellbeing of our customers is our top priority we are implementing the innovative new service of Contactless Delivery, available only within the UAE. Contactless Delivery can be chosen under the Select Packaging section within the checkout process, and will include Eco-Friendly Packaging only. You acknowledge that upon electing Contactless Delivery, we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your Order upon delivery. You acknowledge that upon selecting Contactless Delivery, you shall be deemed to be in receipt of your Order upon delivery of the Order to your delivery address without requiring you to sign a receipt of delivery or any other proof of delivery. We will contact you by phone prior to the delivery using your registered contact details. In the event that you are not available to receive delivery of your Order and the Order is left outside your door, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Order upon its delivery. We shall confirm delivery of your Order via an SMS message.

Delivery : Next day delivery
House of Biori delivers free of charge, across the United Arab Emirates, to the address specified in your order. Orders will not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Biori will process your orders Saturday through Thursday excluding Friday and public holidays.
If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

We ship international orders with FexEx. Please note that import duty and local taxes are charged by the Customs of the importing country and it is not in our control. It is completely up to the customs how they determine value of the shipment and levy import duty and tax. Therefore this tax and duty is the responsibility of the customer receiving the package.
